Scott Adams  Jr. started this model almost in 2009 after the construction of well run small IT support companies that were unfortunately being bought out to very large corporations, which poorly supported the clients, and could not get a hand on the complex designs and custom programming built for the clients websites. After 18 months of working with some of the corporate team of professionals, 90% which worked from other countries, Scott pulled out after finding that  clients had already begun  seeking out system support for their regionally well built applications and websites. Gathering others in the Cornell and Ithaca College community as well as other local businesses and freelancers to form a group of ALREADY professionals including their savvy programming techniques, search engine optimization skills,  graphic design talents, open source and internet API experience,   with a variety of multiple markup languages to form ongoing support for clients within a WIDE range of internet related support requirements.
